If you complete the unsubscription form associated with the mailing lists shown above DO NOT be confused by the response page requesting a password. You should notice the very first line of the response indicates "The confirmation email has been sent".
As long as you receive the message "The confirmation email has been sent", goto your inbox and look for an email message which contains instructions for you to follow to in order to cancel your subscription. The subject of this message will begin with the text "confirm" and will be sent from the email address "
listname-request@libertysailing.org", where list name is one of the mailing lists shown above.
If you can't find this message before to check your spam folder or spam filtering rules. Many email systems will mistakenly identify the confirmation message as spam.
Note for Yahoo! Mail Users:
Yahoo! Mail will usually mistakenly filter confirmation messages into your spam folder. Because of the way Yahoo! Mail sorts messages in the spam folder-- it is usually hard to find the confirmation message-- use the search function to find it.
